Edison 2.0 Wedges are available exclusively online at EdisonWedges.com, where you can choose the buying experience that fits your game and level of customization.

Prefer to see them in person? You can also find Edison wedges at select fitting partners including:

  • Dallas Golf Performance Center in Dallas, TX
  • Independence Golf Club in Richmond, VA

We're actively expanding our partner network of top-tier club fitters and golf professionals. If you'd like us to reach out to your local pro or fitter, send their contact info to WedgeFitters@EdisonWedges.com—we’d love to connect.

Can I speak with someone before ordering?

Absolutely. Our WedgeFit team is here to help you dial in the right lofts, shaft, grip, or buying experience. Give us a call at 1-800-933-4395 or email WedgeFitters@EdisonWedges.com and we’ll help you build your ideal wedge setup.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

Absolutely—if your wedges haven’t entered production yet, we’ll gladly make any updates you need. The fastest way to request changes is to call our WedgeFit team directly at 1-800-933-4395, and they’ll make sure everything is just the way you want it.

How do I give you my custom specs?

Customizing your Edison 2.0 wedges is simple. During the buying process, you'll use intuitive dropdown selectors to choose your preferred lofts, shaft type and length, grip size, and lie angle. There's also a dedicated field for special requests, such as building up your grips or making other fine-tuned alterations.

If you'd like to use non-standard shafts or grips that aren’t listed, we’re happy to accommodate. Just give us a call at 800-933-4395, and our team will help you create your ideal setup.

What types of customization do you do?

At Edison Golf, we offer three unique buying experiences—Edison EssentialsCoreFit, and Pinnacle—each with different levels of customization to fit your needs, goals, and budget.

  • Edison Essentials is our ready-to-ship option, available in our most popular lofts and only standard steel or graphite shaft flexes. No customization is available with this option, but it's an ideal upgrade for players looking for high-performance wedges without the wait or added complexity.
  • CoreFit Experience offers meaningful personalization, including loft selection (odd-numbered), shaft flex, shaft length, grip size, and optional upgrades in both shaft and grip. It’s built-to-order and allows you to tailor the most important specs to match your swing and style.
  • Pinnacle Experience is our most advanced option, with access to even-numbered lofts, full shaft and grip customization (including upgrades), lie angle adjustments, and a 1-on-1 WedgeFitter consultation to fine-tune every detail. If you're serious about dialing in your scoring clubs, this is the ultimate fit.

Whether you want simplicity or full personalization, we’ve got an experience built around you.

Can I send in my specs from a recent club fitting?

Of course. If you've been fit recently (especially for irons), send us the specs and we’ll match your wedges as closely as possible. We're all about building wedges that fityou, not the masses.

What shafts & grips are available?

We offer a range of premium shaft and grip options, depending on the buying experience you choose—Edison Essentials, CoreFit, or Pinnacle.

Our standard steel shaft is the trusted KBS® Tour, while the KBS PGI serves as our go-to graphite option, both selected for their proven performance and feel. For grips, we equip our wedges with the popular Lamkin® Crossline® Black, available in both Standard and Midsize.

If you're looking for something different, the Pinnacle Experience allows you to explore a broader selection—including alternative shaft brands, flex profiles, and grip styles—all custom-installed by our team. We're happy to accommodate most shaft and grip upgrades for a reasonable upcharge when needed.

Want your wedges to match your irons exactly? Just let us know—we’ll make it happen.

Do you make left-handed wedges?

We’ve heard the demand loud and clear from our left-handed golfers. While the Edison 2.0 wedges are currently available in right-hand only, we’ve already developed the tooling and produced a limited number of left-handed prototypes. Our team is actively working to bring a full line of left-handed Edison 2.0 wedges to market as quickly as feasibly possible.

If you’d like to be among the first to know when they become available, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter for updates straight to your inbox. Your short game deserves that Edison edge—no matter which side of the ball you play from.

How many wedges should I have in my bag?

Let’s start with the honest answer: It depends.
But for most golfers, at least three wedges—and ideally four—makes a big difference. (And no, we're not just saying that because we make them.)

Here’s why:

1. Your “P-club” isn’t a wedge anymore.

Modern “pitching wedges” that come with iron sets are often as strong as 43°, and many are built with fast-face technology—making them behave more like 9-irons than true wedges. That means your short game starts at a much lower loft than you might realize.

2. Scoring happens in the wedge zone.

Inside 120 yards is where your score is made or lost. You want the right tools to cover this critical range. That means enough lofted wedges to allow you to swing with confidence—rather than having to finesse a shot you’re not comfortable with.

3. Gapping matters more than you think.

A good rule of thumb is to maintain 11–13 yards of distance between wedges. That typically translates to loft gaps of 4–5 degrees. So if your pitching wedge is 44°, you might benefit from adding 48°, 52°, and 56° wedges to round out your set—depending on your preferences and course conditions.

Bottom line:

Whether you’re a high-handicapper or a seasoned player, the right mix of wedges gives you the tools to lower scores and feel more confident from any lie inside wedge range.

Shipping & Returns

How long will my order take?

It depends on which buying experience you choose:

  • Edison Essentials: These ready-to-ship wedges typically leave our facility the next business day, so you can start improving your short game quickly.
  • CoreFit & Pinnacle Experiences: Because these wedges are built-to-order with your selected specs, production usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the level of customization and component availability.

If your order includes non-standard shafts or grips, we may need a few extra days to source those premium components before assembly begins. Rest assured—we’re committed to getting your wedges out as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

What if I want to return a wedge?

We’re confident you’ll feel the Edison difference—but we also know no club is perfect for every golfer. That’s why we offer a 100% Risk-Free Trial.

Order a single Edison 2.0 wedge and put it to the test on your course, with your swing, in your real playing conditions. If it’s not improving your scoring performance, just give us a call. Sometimes a simple shaft change is all it takes—but if it still doesn’t feel right, we’ll happily refund your purchase price.

Just a few requests:

  • If ordering a set or pair, please test only one wedge first so others can remain in new condition.
  • Please use care during your trial..
  • A modest refurbishing/restocking fee may apply if the wedge shows damage beyond typical short-term wear.

We built this program to eliminate the risk—so you can experience the wedge performance you deserve.

What are the U.S. and International shipping options?

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days after your order has been processed—delivery time may vary depending on your location. We do offer expedited shipping option for an additional cost which you can select during checkout.

International orders are also shipped via UPS, and you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping service during checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active as it syncs with the carrier’s system.

Performance & Design

Why do Edison 2.0 wedges look so different from traditional wedges?

Because they’re designed to perform, not conform. The bold shape of the Edison 2.0 wedges is a direct result of engineering decisions made to optimize smash factor, trajectory control, and spin consistency—especially on off-center hits. In other words, we let performance lead the design. It’s form following function in the purest sense, and the results speak for themselves.

How does the Dual Bounce Sole work?

Unlike conventional wedge soles that force you to choose between high bounce or low bounce, our Dual Bounce Sole gives you both—working in tandem. The leading edge features a high bounce angle to prevent digging on soft turf and when the shaft is leaned forward. Meanwhile, the trailing edge has a much lower bounce that excels on tight lies or firm turf.

These two bounce zones are always working together, adapting seamlessly to your swing path and lie conditions. Whether you're playing from hardpan, lush rough, or a tight fairway, this sole design provides unmatched versatility and confidence—so you never feel stuck between wedge choices. Years of refinement have gone into perfecting this sole for golfers who demand more from every shot.

Do the Edison 2.0 progressive grooves conform to the USGA rules, and how do they work?

Because your wedges serve different purposes, their grooves should too. That’s why Edison 2.0 wedges feature a progressive groove design—engineered to optimize spin and control across all lofts, while fully conforming to USGA Rules of Golf.

In the lower lofts (45°–51°), which are typically used for full swings, the grooves are wider, deeper, and spaced farther apart. This helps channel away moisture and debris, improving spin and consistency—especially from the rough. In the higher lofts (53°–59°), where you often play with softer swings but need maximum spin, the grooves are narrower, more tightly spaced, and cut with sharper edges to bite the ball and increase friction.

This thoughtful groove progression ensures that no matter the shot, swing speed, or lie, your wedge is optimized to deliver the spin and control you need—without ever breaking the rules.

What is your Pearl Chrome finish?

The Pearl Chrome finish isn’t just eye-catching—it’s performance-driven. Its smooth, “jewelry-like” sheen is specially engineered to repel moisture more effectively, helping you maintain spin and control even in damp or inconsistent conditions.

This premium finish not only adds elegance to your wedges—it ensures they perform beautifully when the weather doesn’t.

Pricing, Trial Period & Warranty

Why do Edison Forged wedges cost more than other mainstream wedges?

It’s not a fair comparison. Most mainstream wedges you see on retail shelves are mass-produced cast heads, built overseas with generic shafts and grips, then assembled in bulk to fit a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Edison 2.0 wedges take a very different path.

Every Edison head is 5X Forged from 1025 carbon steel, a far more premium material and process than casting—and it shows in feel, durability, and performance. Our signature Pearl Chrome finish isn’t just for looks—it’s a thicker, longer-lasting finish that helps repel moisture and maintain spin. And instead of a generic “wedge flex” shaft, we equip every wedge with a premium KBS shaft and Lamkin Crossline grip, just like you'd find in high-end custom builds.

Best of all, you choose your buying experience:

  • Edison Essentials offers top-tier performance in fixed specs at the most accessible price.
  • CoreFit gives you the flexibility to personalize key specs like shaft length, grip size, and more.
  • Pinnacle delivers our full custom experience, built entirely around your unique swing and preferences.

You're not just buying a wedge—you're investing in better performance, tighter dispersion, and smarter short game play.

How do I care for my Edison wedges?

To keep your wedges performing at their best:

  • Wipe them clean after each shot. Our Edison Golf Caddy (available in our Pro Shop) is perfect for keeping your wedges clean!
  • Dry thoroughly after rounds, especially in wet conditions.
  • Consider groove cleaning every few rounds for optimal spin. Our GrooveIt Tool (available in our Pro Shop) is perfect for keeling those grooves clean!
What if I try the Edison 2.0 wedge and it’s not for me?

Do Edison Wedges come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Edison 2.0 wedge is backed by a six-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If something isn’t right, contact our WedgeFit team and we’ll make it right.

Some Other Tidbits

How was your robotic testing data gathered?

To ensure objective results, we partnered with the golf industry’s premier independent testing laboratory to evaluate the performance of Edison Forged wedges against leading wedge brands. All competitor wedges were randomly purchased at retail, and no Edison Golf personnel were present during the testing process.

Each wedge tested had a 54° loft, and impact testing was conducted at five distinct points across the face—center, toe, heel, high, and low—to replicate the real-world strike pattern of recreational golfers. This thorough and impartial testing methodology gives us—and you—confidence in the performance claims of the Edison 2.0 wedges.

Ten shots were struck with identical clubhead speeds and shaft lean angles for consistency. This robotic testing has been supported with dozens of live golfer testing sessions.

Understand robotic testing isolates the clubhead performance from any golfer swing idiosyncrasies, so your own personal results may differ. But we are confident you will see a marked improvement in your scoring range performance in the first few rounds.

What about other “game improvement” wedges?

We’ve tested Edison 2.0 wedges against several popular models in the “game improvement” category—and the performance gap was just as significant as it is with traditional wedges.

While those designs often feature oversized soles with excessive bounce—helpful for bunker shots—they can create more problems than they solve in other situations. The bulkier sole and cavity-back construction shift mass away from where it’s most effective, leading to inconsistent distance, lower spin, and poor trajectory control.

Edison 2.0 wedges are engineered to give you true game improvement—without sacrificing precision, versatility, or feel.

Why don't you offer custom stamping?

At this time, we do not offer stamping or engraving on our wedges. This is because stamping into a chrome-plated clubhead compromises the integrity of the finish, breaking through the protective layer and increasing the risk of rust, corrosion, or flaking over time.

We’re actively exploring solutions that would allow for personalized stamping without sacrificing the durability or quality you expect from Edison 2.0 wedges. Until then, we’re committed to delivering clubs that look as good as they perform—round after round.

Is the shaft really that important in wedges?

In a word — yes. The shaft is the engine of every golf club, and wedges are no exception. But unlike your other clubs, wedges have to do more. One moment, they’re handling a full swing with the heaviest clubhead in the bag—the next, they’re called on for a delicate pitch or chip with precise feel and control.

That’s why shaft selection matters more than you might think. A well-fit wedge shaft can improve distance consistency, spin control, and feedback on every type of shot.

We believe your wedges should offer a seamless transition from your irons, so we recommend matching material, weight, and flex to your current set as closely as possible. That’s why we feature premium steel and graphite shaft options from KBS, offering the widest selection of any wedge brand. And if you prefer to use the same shaft that’s already in your irons, we’re happy to accommodate that too.
